His Excellency, Chief (Dr.) Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion

His Excellency Chief (Dr) Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Jackson State University, USA. He is a two-time Governor of Edo State, Nigeria (1999-2007) and a seasoned entrepreneur. He was at a time the Chairman, Nigeria Governors Forum (2005 – 2007). He is presently the Deputy-Chancellor of Igbinedion University, Okada and Chairman, Gartmore Group of Companies, Nigeria.
